Chaim Miller

Chaim Miller is the founder of CMFS Advisors and works as the Chief Financial Officer of S2F Capital Management. Chaim has provided financial accounting, audit and tax services to investment firm since 1990.

Chaim is experienced in all aspects of accounting, tax structure, and auditing issues for funds and operating companies. As the Comptroller of the $6.5 billion Trafelet Delta Funds, a long/short equity hedge fund, Chaim was responsible for the management company and family office departments (accounting, tax, systems operations), as well as tax reporting for the Funds. Chaim has also held a role as a Director in the Financial Services practice at the number 5 national public accounting firm.

Chaim has a B.S. in Accounting from Queens College. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA.
